Medical Billing Group has years of experience, offering a medical billing service for medical specialists, health professionals and private practices, Australia wide.
We use approved medical billing software for both electronic invoice claiming (via ECLIPSE) and direct patient invoicing. Our software also provides a secure connection to Medicare, Department of Veterans' Affairs, the health funds and third party insurers, all whilst ensuring the privacy of your patient records.
Medical Billing Group have firm, long-standing relationships with the funds and understand their processes. This allows us to process your claims in a timely manner so you can receive your payments.
Services
- Medical Billing Group will register you for simplified billing and online claiming with Medicare, Department of Veterans' Affairs, health funds and third party insurers.
- All types of claiming can be billed: in/outpatients, bulk billing, no gap, workers compensation, third parties, and even to patients directly.
- If patients have pre-paid then we will produce a tax invoice/receipt and forward to the patient for their records.
- We can provide you with customised consultation sheets, if required, and there is no limit to your volume of billing.
- Payments are made directly into your bank account and we will follow up any unpaid accounts.
There are no joining fees!
Reporting
We also provide:
- Detailed billing reports (monthly)
- Payment transaction reports (monthly)
- Arrears reports, (quarterly)
- BAS preparation reports (quarterly)
- Banking, if applicable.
Medical Billing Group only charge a percentage (plus GST) of your receipted income. Our rates are negotiable, depending on your requirements. Our payment transaction reports will show how much you have been paid during the month. We will then forward you an invoice based on this.
If you don’t get paid – neither do we!
